Walker Slater was founded in the highland village of Laggan. Steeped in history and tradition, Scotland’s rugged landscapes and rich textile history provide boundless inspiration to our designers. Design details are carefully considered nods to the past, translated through the Walker Slater lens and updated for the modern day. For Autumn Winter 2025, Walker Slater returns to the Scottish Highlands to showcase a seasonal selection of our classic tailoring and outerwear.

United by an earthy colour palette of greys and browns, this selection echoes the highland landscape while remaining timeless and contemporary. This selection seeks to highlight the range of unique silhouettes available in the collection. For men, the double-breasted Fyfe jacket and three-button James jacket provide stylish alternatives to the classic two button jacket. Our wide leg Halliday trousers make a return alongside our classically tailored Edward trousers. Timeless tweed tailoring is paired with Melton wool and waxed cotton outwear, while roll neck knitwear and band collar shirting are shown alongside the classic shirt and tie.

For women, experimentation with proportion is showcased through wide leg trousers, long pleated skirts, cropped jackets, and mini kilts. The wide leg Charli trouser is paired with the neatly tailored Iona jacket for a look that plays with volume, echoing fashion forward women's tailoring of the 1930s. Our Stacy kilt and Ronay jacket come together for a contemporary and playful take on a tailored look. The Diana jacket is paired with the long and pleated Deborah skirt for a classic look with just a hint of 1970’s flair.

This selection seeks to embrace modernity in its colour palate and silhouette while respecting tradition, showcasing artisan materials, and heritage design details. Every Walker Slater garment is carefully considered for its timeless appeal, designed to stand the test of time. Like the landscape that backdrop these images, every product is designed with an appeal that endures for generations.
