Bill Lambswool Tweed Waistcoat
Style
The Bill waistcoat is a six-button variation of our signature Edward waistcoat. With an elegant notched lapel, two welt pockets, and satin back, Bill is a timeless and understated style. The higher close echoes classic tailoring of the past and ensures your waistcoat is visible when worn with a jacket.
Fit
Bill is a regular fit waistcoat with a subtly drawn-in waist. We would advise taking your usual size. Those with a larger waist relative to their chest may wish to size up.

Fabric
Our lambswool tweed is created using wool taken from the first shearing of young sheep. This means that the wool is soft, fine, and light. These fibres are then spun to create a fabric with a compact and smooth handle that is soft to the touch, but that still has a distinct texture.

Donegal Windowpane
A Donegal pattern is defined by speckled dots in the fabric, called “neps” or “slubs” produced by dispersing yarns in a variety of colours throughout the cloth. Named for County Donegal in Ireland, where this style originated, the pattern is now recognisable the world over. The addition of a square over-check called a "windowpane" adds detail to the cloth and the opportunity to incorporate an additional colour or two.
