Fabric Details

Our lambswool tweed is created using wool taken from the first shearing of young sheep. This means that the wool is soft, fine and light. These fibres are then spun to create a fabric with a compact and smooth handle that is soft to the touch, but that still has a distinct texture.

William Suit
Review by
Bought the William wide windowpane suit (with waistcoat). It was delivered very swiftly to the Netherlands, trousers with turn-ups I could just pop in straight away. I was anxious to find out the fit of the suit, thinking it might be too tight, but it is excellent! Great fit, very comfy, thanks! You'll be hearing from me!

Outstanding quality, remarkable comfort
Review by
I have several WS suits--3 Edward, 1 Martin, 1 William. They all fit wonderfully, although in different ways, but the William trousers are the most comfortable. The William suit is cut for someone with a somewhat fuller frame than mine (I am slight, standing only about 5' 10" and weighing 145-150 lbs); consequently, the William trousers are simply lounge-worthy: I don't want to take them off, and I want to wear them all day every Sunday (I don't because they are too nice, but I would otherwise). I also bought the Nathan coat to add an alternative to the 3-piece suit, and I have been pleased with the contrast between the fitted-ness of the coat and the roominess of the trousers. Given my experience buying WS suits in London and Edinburgh (I live in NYC) I do not fear the different cuts of the WS suits, but it is certainly best to try them on in the store and have them tailored by them.
