One of the most exciting things about the Westray is, much like our gents' breeks, the hem is unfinished—the extra hem allows you to finish them where and how you like...especially if you're a tall gal! Other details include four functioning pockets, belt loops, a zip and slide fastening fly.

Herringbone
Herringbone, also called broken twill weave, describes a distinctive V-shaped weaving pattern. It is distinguished from a plain chevron by the break at reversal, which makes it resemble a broken zigzag. The pattern is called herringbone because it resembles the skeleton of a herring fish.
