Please note the Web & Customer Services teams are available Monday to Friday, with all orders from the weekend being picked up on Monday morning and dispatched in date order. The majority of garments will be sent directly from our warehouse, however there may be occasion where items are to be picked from a store location, or to be delivered directly from a store. In these instances, processing may take slightly longer. If you have any time constraints please note these in the comments box or pick an express shipping option.
1. Shipping Costs and How Long it Takes
The easiest way to work out how much it will cost to ship your item(s) and which shipping options are available to you, is to add the items you want to your basket, proceed to the checkout and enter your destination county. This will present the shipping options available, their cost and estimated delivery times.
1.1 UK Customers (please see below for international orders)
We offer a free delivery option on all UK orders over £50. Our free delivery option used Royal Mail Second Class for smaller items and DHL Economy for larger items. Delivery should take 3-5 working days but this isn’t guaranteed.
If you need your item more quickly there are express options available and if you need it ‘next day’ then please ensure you place your order by 12pm (UK time). Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
The table below details shipping costs, delivery times and tracking for our UK shipping options. Where you see a range of prices, the actual cost will be determined by the weight of the package.
*Please note, for some rural areas delivery times may take slightly longer – if you need to know what these will be then please get in touch.
If you choose a tracked service please ensure that someone is home to ensure it can be delivered as we cannot arrange to leave it in the shed or with a neighbour, for example.

1.2 UK Remote Areas
Free shipping for orders over £50 is offered to all UK customers. For premium delivery, as DHL impose significant surcharges for certain UK Postcodes we use Royal Mail instead of DHL.
Prices for economy delivery are £2.99-£8.99, shipped with Royal Mail 48. For a standard service we use Royal Mail 24 tracked and prices are £3.99-£12.99.

1.4 HM Forces Customers
We offer delivery to BFPO addresses, however all orders will be shipped with Royal Mail / Parcel Force (even if DHL was selected) to ensure successful delivery. Please provide your full BFPO address at the checkout, or email the web team to confirm your delivery details, quoting your order number.
2. How to Track your Order
Please refer to your order dispatch confirmation email to see when your order was dispatched, with who and whether it was a tracked service.
If it is a tracked service, you will receive an email with the tracking number for either Royal Mail or DHL once it is dispatched by us.
If it was a tracked service you can track it here:
Royal Mail: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and for once it has left the UK you can track it on your country’s local delivery service which you can find here: http://postoffice.com. If there is a delay between it being shown as leaving the UK on the Royal mail site and the tracking commencing in your local country the item will be processing through customs. Please be patient, this is quite normal.

If it was an untracked service and the longest estimated delivery time has passed then please go to your local sorting office and ask if the item is there with a proof of ID. Please do not rely on the local delivery person leaving a card to tell you it is awaiting collection – this often does not happen.

If you order something from us then decide you want to return or exchange it, we will do all we can to make it a simple as possible.
As a general rule, we will accept any purchases for an exchange or refund provided it arrives back with us within 60 days of it arriving with you, and that the items are returned in an ‘as new’ and unused condition with all packaging and tags.
Please note, we cannot accept the return / exchange of hemmed trousers. If you are unsure of your sizing we recommend choosing ‘unfinished’ and use your local tailor for your adjustments.
If it has been more than 60 days since the purchase arrived with you, please contact us with your order details to check whether we can accept your return.
The Returns / Exchange Process
All website returns and exchanges must be returned to our warehouse. Please do not try to exchange an item or request a refund at one of our shops. Under no circumstances are we able to process returns or exchanges at our shops, they do not have access to our online order system.
Included with your original order you will have found a Returns Postcard. Please complete this in full and return this with the item(s) to:

Please ensure any returns to us from outwith the European Union are marked as ‘Returned Goods’ with a £0 (or the lowest option) value on the customs declaration otherwise you may be charged the import tax on its arrival in the UK.

Who Pays for the Return / Exchange Shipping?
Unless the items are faulty, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item and ensuring that it arrives safely with us, so you may want to consider a tracked service for peace of mind. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement out to you.
Exchanges
For exchanges, if we have the requested item in stock, we will ship it out to you right away. If it is not in stock we will contact you to discuss an alternative item or whether you would prefer a refund. If there is a difference in price we will either contact you for an additional payment or automatically refund the card you paid with.
Please note, if you need your alternative item in a hurry we suggest you place a new order for the alternative item right away and send the original back to us for a refund. This will ensure it gets to you in the shortest possible time and avoids the risk of it selling out.
Refunds
All refunds will be made to the card the original payment was made with and the funds should be back on your card within three to five working days of the return being processed by us.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that something arrives with you and you think it might be faulty, please email us referencing your order number as soon as possible, with details of what appears to be the issue as well as photos of the problem. If the item is found to be faulty we will do all we can to get a replacement to you as quickly as possible, as well as covering the courier cost.
