Brendan is a peak lapel variation of our popular Edward jacket. The peak lapel lends the jacket a dressier, debonair look that's perfect for a special occasion. Our signature structured shoulders and nipped waist give the jacket an elegant, shaped appearance, drawing from classic British tailoring. A broader lapel and high set gorge visually widen the shoulders, while the low button stance and flared skirt create the illusion of slimmer waist. High armholes and a full but tapering sleeve finish off the look, providing a clean look that remains comfortable while in motion. This jacket is as flattering as it is comfortable.
Fit
Based on the Edward jacket, Brendan is a slim fitting jacket with broad, structured shoulders, high armholes, and a nipped waist. We would advise taking your usual size for a slim fit or sizing up for a regular fit.

Wool Flannel
Woven for softness and comfort, wool flannel is richly textured cloth with a luxuriously soft, brushed handle. Fine merino wool is woven as normal then passed through a milling machine, breaking down and tangling the surface fibres to create a fuzzy, felt-like finish. Finer flannels make for an elegant alternative to a worsted business suit, while thicker flannels offer much of the same texture as tweed but with a softer hand feel.

Prince of Wales Check
The Prince of Wales check is a complex pattern, made up of 3 sections. The first is a micro-houndstooth, a broken check that creates abstract geometric shapes. The next are the sections that come from all four sides of the micro-houndstooth tile. From afar, these resemble stripes, and up close are made up of more abstract geometric shapes. The last section is a micro-check, distinct from the first two sections.
